MINI GYM
AGES 3- 5 years

Please note all bookings must pay a one off fee of £20 club membership per year AND must purchase insurance directly from British gymnastics.

Gymnasts are not permitted to join without a current insurance policy with British Gymnastics.

This class is suitable for ages 3-5 and is 45 minutes long. This is the first step into structured gymnastics lessons.

The coach leads a warm up on floor which includes both games, stretching and fundamental gymnastic shapes

​The coach then splits the class into groups who continue on to apparatus work at bars, beam, floor and trampoline.

​The rainbow motto is fun based learning environment which is safe and allows children to develop confidence and physical fitness.

Preschool Gymnastics classes consists of:

Vault, Bar, beam, Floor, Rings, aerial equipment, hand apparatus and trampoline and foam pit
