Find us just as you leave Dundonald, heading towards Newtownards on the carriageway. We are the next left turn, after Dundonald High School. Turn immediately left again into Gilnahirk Tyres, and drive right to the end of the block of businesses. We are the vert last one of the row. There is additional parking around the far side of our building.

An action packed class combining a fusion of cheerleading, tumble and stunts. This is taught by ex-professional cheerleaders. The class is structured into 3 sections: *Warm up with line of basic gymnastics skills and jumps. *Tumble (Flips/somersaults/backflips etc). *Stunts and cheer.
