Please note all bookings must pay a one off fee of £20 club membership per year AND must purchase insurance directly from British gymnastics.
Gymnasts are not permitted to join without a current insurance policy with British Gymnastics.
This class is suitable for ages 3-5 and is 45 minutes long. This is the first step into structured gymnastics lessons.
The coach leads a warm up on floor which includes both games, stretching and fundamental gymnastic shapes
The coach then splits the class into groups who continue on to apparatus work at bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
The rainbow motto is fun based learning environment which is safe and allows children to develop confidence and physical fitness.
Preschool Gymnastics classes consists of:
Vault, Bar, beam, Floor, Rings, aerial equipment, hand apparatus and trampoline and foam pit
